2016 marks our 11th year with the Better Business Bureau of Southwest Missouri. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our A+ rating, the organization’s highest possible accreditation grade.
As with all businesses accredited by the BBB, CHE must adhere to the BBB’s “Code of Business Practices,” a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices on how businesses treat consumers. The standards call for integrity, truth in advertising, and building deserved trust in the community. Maintaining their accreditation requires businesses to be transparent, honor their promises, and be responsive to customers and take care to safeguard customer privacy.
