Happy Wednesday Folks!

The top picture is of Dogwood Canyon, near Lampe on the Missouri/Arkansas line.  It is a 10,000 acre Nature Park, boasting various outdoor activities.  Senior Technician Ron is there today to service the Symmetry Vertical Platform Lift Country Home Elevator installed in the General Store.  CHE also installed the Symmetry Limited Use/Limited Access Elevator at the Bike Barn. 

The bottom picture on the left was taken by Lead Technician Adam in Ladue, Missouri.  He is replacing a valve on a hydraulic elevator, as well as the piping.  Piping diameter is very specific in elevator code, and must be updated to comply if originally installed incorrectly.  This is an example of why it is important to have a State Licensed Elevator Contractor, like Country Home Elevator, install any and all mobility equipment.

The next two pictures were taken by Technician Ivan’s crew in Kimberling City, Missouri.  They are installing a Symmetry Vertical Platform Lift in a church.  A vertical platform lift is a cost-effective way to add wheelchair accessibility to your home or public facility. Generally, vertical platform lifts are more space-conscious and visually appealing than ramps. Platform lifts can be outdoor or indoor, enclosed or open, stationary or portable, for maximum flexibility.  This lift was installed in a closet that was converted to a hoistway.  The enclosed lift platform and drive tower are located within the hoistway, while each landing opens through a doorway that is locked while the car is in service. The church was happy to add this economic lift to meet ADA compliance with little construction costs.
