Country Home Elevator and Stair Lift is excited to be accepting resumes for a Regional Sales Representative role that will be responsible for Selling & Project Managing installations in the elevator and lift arena in our growing Olathe, KS, office. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with a working knowledge of sales, retail, and project coordination processes, as well as construction management, scheduling initiatives, permits, and Inspection. This is a long-term, full-time position with an opportunity for advancement.
Fielding incoming office calls and requests
Learn the products and be able to sell them in both showroom settings and in-home environments
Estimating and developing proposals from onsite consultation appointments
Permit submittals for new projects
Project document coordination
Contractor pre-construction communications
Conduct business development initiatives for architects, builders, and general contractors
Assist new product ordering process
Assist with inventory management
Providing metrics to key stakeholders
Manage region budget and P&L
Assisting with day-to-day office operations as needed
Special projects as they arise, specifically for the office
Travel within the Kansas City region
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience working daily in a CRM system
Knowledge of construction processes and documentation
Understanding of cost-effective installation and service routing/mapping.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Selling skills and understanding of the sales process
Strong knowledge of contract development and negotiation
Strong organizational skills pertaining to workload and time management
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education, Training, and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework preferred
Moderate to advanced computer skills
Customer service experience
Logistics/scheduling experience
Construction and/or project management experience
Experience with permits and Inspections process
